Working on Black Paper, Part 1

This month, a video will be viewed that stars Gary Green demonstrating techniques for working on black paper. Mr. Green produces a piece that renders a gloxinia, that’s a flower, while demonstrating the techniques he favors for use on black paper.

This is actually the first part of a two meeting series on black paper techniques. In October, Blade will be sharing her favored techniques for working on black paper. This will be a hands on demonstration so everyone will have the opportunity to try their hand at producing work on black paper.

This two part series promises to be a learning experience you won’t want to miss.
